The Cuban Embargo is Cracking

The EU is lifting its sanctions on Cuba. Will the U.S. follow? If John McCain is president, no way. If Barack Obama is elected, good chance.

The Cuban Embargo should have been dropped in 1991, about a week after the formal dissolution of the Soviet Union. Even Patrick Buchanan admits that.
